Araceli
Araceli serves in the United States Army. She and her husband are both active and have served for over 12 years. They have five children including their momma pup, Ruby. Araceli became fascinated with birth knowledge and education after her first two pregnancies and births that were very medical in military hospitals. This led to an eye opening third birth and an unassisted fourth pregnancy that resulted in an empowering labor at home with her fourth baby. She is self-educated and has also received training through the Indie Birth “Birth Warrior Project” 2019-2020. Araceli is very passionate about birth education and sharing knowledge with others about the empowerment of owning their birth, navigating through the hospital, and making informed choices, especially for service members. She has assisted many mothers in the military with knowledge on lactation when returning to work.
Araceli loves to spend her free time playing with her little ones, reading while eating hot Cheetos, and spending time with her family now that she is stationed in California. Her goals after retiring from the military are to live out in the country with her family and raise free-range chickens. Habla Español.
