Support A Birth Worker
Birth belongs to all those who have held life within.
Below you’ll find a list of birth workers and organizations, led by and for Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous and all People of Color.
We stand with you, until ALL birthers are respected, autonomous and informed.
At VBC we know it is our responsibility, to stand with marginalized communities and $UPPORT those who are already doing the work. Community Birth is an answer to racial disparity and ending the tragic, unnecessary violence and neglect experienced by Birthers in “medical care.” We believe in safe and healthy childbirth outcomes for people from all backgrounds, ethnicity, race, educations and identity.
Virtual Birth Collective is our free offering for birthers and birthworkers and COMMUNITIES around the world.
No monies are ever collected or dispersed but we do ask you to express any appreciations of our services with DONATIONS to one of these organizations or find a local Black midwife or doula in your COMMUNITY.
All of these organizations/people are near and dear to the founders of VBC. They are saving lives, helping birthers avoid traumatic birth experiences, and providing needed service within their communities.
